The third season of Sons of Anarchy begins Tuesday, September 7. When it does, it won’t waste any time delving into the aftermath of the kidnapping that ended last season.

Season three will also deal with SAMCRO’s roots, with the Sons taken into a world outside their own, and beyond their control. Needless to say, it’s gonna be a wild ride.

Season 3 American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino was hospitalized late Monday night after an apparent overdose in medication, according to RadarOnline. It is not known whether or not the overdose was an attempt at suicide (earlier this week, rumors surfaced that the singer was having an affair with a married man and there may have been a sex tape), or was an accident. The statement from the local news station is that Fantasia’s condition was not life-threatening.

So as we all know Leighton attended the Teen Choice Awards 2010 yesterday! Gossip Girl won Choice TV: Drama and Leighton and Chace won Choice TV Actress and Choice TV Drama second year in a row! Congrats! Ed did not attend and he didn’t win the award for Best Villian. Guess Chuck is also not that much of a villian anymore in season 3.

There’s a Situation on the Jersey Shore, and it has nothing to do with Mike Sorrentino. If you haven’t yet heard, Snooki got arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ, where she’s filming Season 3 of Jersey Shore! What was she doing that caused her to end up in handcuffs? It’s unclear, but she was arrested for “disorderly conduct.” Snooki was seen with a beer bong earlier in the day.

We put a call into the Seaside Heights Police Department and were informed that the Police Chief will likely be putting out a statement later in the day. And then the woman on the phone started screaming, “Hey, who farted?!” So, it seems as though Snooki should fit in pretty well while she’s in custody.

UPDATE: A source within the Jersey Shore camp tells Crushable that Snooki’s father is on his way to bail her out. Also, the show’s exec producers are en route. “She was at this bar called EJ’s,” says our source. “I’m assuming that she was trashed.”

On the fourth season premiere of Private Practice September 23, a couple gets married.

Charlotte and Cooper got engaged in May’s season finale, but will they tie the knot?

Violet and Pete are actually the ones walking down the aisle!

The show picks up several weeks after Dell’s death in the Season 3 finale and finds the newly reconciled lovers joining for a beautiful, last-minute wedding in a rose garden, which the cast filmed Tuesday at the Huntington Gardens in Pasadena, Calif.

“As far as I can tell, it’s amazing sex. They have this rockin’ sex and the next thing you know, Pete is saying, ‘Hey, let’s get married,’” Tim Daly joked to TV Guide.

Jokes aside, is it too soon for them?

Daly notes that people, on TV and in real life, do dramatic things after tragedies: “The characters have been through so much stuff that has been so dramatic, so once they finally broke through and set down all their weapons, they realize they actually love each other.”

“I’ve known this dude for 12 years and we’ve been through so much, so I would imagine it would go very fast,” adds Amy Brenneman. “That said, it is also true that Violet has never wanted to get married, just like she never wanted to be a mother.”

Violet’s jitters create a Runaway Bride moment that’s only encouraged by Cooper, who holds the title of Maid of Honor. “Cooper has put some doubts in her mind about this wedding because of his own insecurities about his wedding,” says Paul Adelstein.

“That’s what gets worked out in the moments right after [she runs out].”

“It’s funny about this because when men freak out and back out of weddings, they’re these horrible pig a$$holes that are just being real jerks,” muses Daly. “But when women do it, it’s kind of charming and sweet. I don’t get it!”

“We have to get someone in here,” So You Think You Can Dance executive producer Nigel Lythgoe said last night, alluding to the fact that the three contestants on the dance competition’s seventh season have ended up out of the competition due to injury. Last night, Billy Bell was the contestant sitting the night’s performances out with a bum knee, but his injury seems much less serious than those of Ashley Galvan and Alex Wong, who were sent home the past two weeks. Billy will be in the bottom three tonight, but it seems like he might be able to dance again next week, so he’s not automatically out. And who will be joining him?

Let’s start with the best of the best. As the only girl remaining, Lauren was predictably spot on. She was the first one out of the gate with a hot cowboy themed hip-hop routine with All-Star Twitch, which had guest judge Kenny Ortega proclaiming, “Save a horse, ride a cowboy.” She followed it later in the night with a saucy rhumba with Robert, who also had a stellar night. I’m really starting to warm to judge favorite Robert, who seemed to be lagging in the personality department until the past two weeks. His interaction with All-Star Lauren during the rehearsals for their Tyce Diorio jazz routine actually had me sweating a little.

But by far the one to beat (now that Alex is out) is Kent. His first dance of the night, a Sonya Tayek jazz number with Kathryn, was uninspiring, but gave him a chance to do flips all over the stage, which reminded me of all the reasons why I liked Neil back in Season 3. Later, Kent danced the show’s first ever stepping routine with Twitch in place of Billy. Kent was good in the dance, but Twitch was better. Still, Kent’s personality is above and beyond the best of the bunch, and that will get him far. I would like to see more of the dancers do a big giant step routine — they just look better when done with groups instead of just pairs.

That leaves Jose and Adechike. Jose has come so far, but his dances this week — a contemporary on the edge of the stage and a paso doble with Adechike — really revealed his weaknesses. His time may have come. Adechike again received harsh commentary from the judges, but he has had a consistently strong following — enough to keep him out of the bottom three the entire season so far.

If you’ve ever tried to watch Greek online, you know that the ABC Family website can be unpredictable and slow. And since the show’s been on hiatus since the Season 3 finale, you can’t even find repeats of it on TV. So if you’re going through Cyprus Rhodes withdrawal, you will probably be as psyched as us to learn that Hulu is currently streaming all three seasons.

Of course, we’ve already started in right at the beginning, which reminded us that most of the drama from the first season is crammed into that very first hour of the pilot. We won’t give away any spoilers, but — okay maybe we will: Evan sleeps with Rebecca and Casey finds out, Casey sleeps with Cappie and takes Evan back, dorky Rusty decides to rush a fraternity and there’s even hints that Calvin is gay. Trust us, this is one show you want to go back and relive.
